The Campbeltown Malts Festival is a celebration of the region's whisky riches. Every May, the few distilleries that have endured step away from their stills to fully open their doors to the local community and visitors from far and wide. The whisky is matured in oak first-fill ex-bourbon casks for 8,5 years. It was then matured for 6 months in ex-sherry Fino casks.

The whisky is unfiltered, untainted and bottled at 56,2 % alcohol.
