Mash Bill: 51% Corn / 45% Wheat / 4% Malted Barley

Appearance: Bright gold with copper highlights.

Nose: Vanilla wafers sprinkled with light brown sugar emerge first followed by a drop of honey, a bit of butterscotch, some orange mist, and a tickle of baking spice.

Palate: Rich vanilla custard dotted with bits of caramel candy and finished with a delicate orange glaze. Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg register midway through the sip and create a smooth, blossoming warmth.

Finish: Fruit and spice dance along the tongue before slowly fading to very light oak and some lingering vanilla caramel.
