Caballito Cerrero Unicorn Azul is a premium agave spirit crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, staying true to traditional Mexican distilling practices. Unlike typical tequilas, it is made without the regulatory label of “tequila,” giving the brand freedom to create a more authentic, small-batch expression. This bottling uses 100% blue Weber agave, harvested and distilled with care to reflect the essence of the region’s terroir. 

The flavor profile unfolds with vibrant herbal notes, including cooked agave, fresh mint, and citrus zest, followed by subtle earthy undertones.
