To craft the ultimate Junmai-Daiginjo sake, we polished down Yamada-Nishiki rice to 23%. Delivering delicate floral aromas with a palate reminiscent of honey and an elegant lasting finish.
We will be donating a portion of the sales of the Dassai Beyond and Dassai 23 series (1.8L/100yen, 720ml/50yen, 300ml/20yen, 180ml/15yen) to medical professionals, fighting on the front line against the new coronavirus.
