Fuji snowmelt water is used in mashing and barrel entry of the Japanese whiskies, and in final blending of all the malt and grain whiskies.

AROMAS: Vanilla beans, creme brulee, galette, dried fig, apricot, and a hint of anise.

• FLAVORS: Mellow and smooth mouthfeel with malty, creamy flavors, and then rye spiciness.
