• Vatting of six 1^st-fill ex-bourbon casks; one cask was lightly peated and five were unpeated
• A nose of bright citrus and pronounced grain sweetness is complemented by canned fruit cocktail and subtle smoke. An oily palate speaks of melted vanilla ice cream, baked apples, and black pepper with a finish of milk chocolate, coffee, and hazelnut toffee.
• Bottled in Winter 2022, 1600 bottles produced
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 48.8% ABV
